Important: Keep product dry until applied. When using this product and other planting products, use garden gloves. Earth-Care Prime 5-8-8 should be applied when temperatures are between 40°F and 85°F. Only apply to the top 2 inches of soil.
Spread 1 to 2 pounds of Earth-Care Prime 5-8-8 per 100 square feet of planting area prior to or on the same day as planting. In addition, cover the same area with high-quality compost to improve soil structure and nutrient absorption.
After planting, fertilize with Earth-Care Prime 5-8-8 every 30 days at a rate of ½ pound per 100 square feet. Consistent use promotes healthy root systems, vigorous leaf growth, and productive fruiting cycles.
